At the beginning of the school year, the Lions had a fantastic day in London and enjoyed some brilliant experiences in our capital city.
The children visited the Houses of Parliament and the House of Lords, where they were lucky enough to see the Speakers in the House and even witness the induction of new members of the House of Lords. It was a wonderful opportunity to see democracy in action and bring their learning to life.
The day was made even more memorable with a fabulous trip on the London Eye, taking in some amazing views across the city.
A great day was had by everyone – a brilliant experience for our Year 6 children!
