What a busy weekend we have had here at Willow Farm! Usually on a Friday we wish all our children a happy weekend until Monday – but not this week! Friday night saw lots of our brilliant singers turn on the lights at the Gedling tree and then join All Hallow’s choir at the church to start advent with a beautiful concert.
And if that wasn’t enough for one weekend, on Sunday morning lots of families and staff met up at Gedling park for the Gedling Junior Park Run Willow Farm Takeover! We were so proud of our children for taking on the hills and representing our school so brilliantly. We are the first primary school to ‘take over’ Gedling Park run, and we are already planning our next event in 2026. Community is at the heart of Willow Farm – it is what helps our children grow with PRIDE, what connects us beyond the school gates, and what turns events like these into special memories. We are so grateful for everyone who plays a part in making Willow Farm community so special.
